Hallo everyone .. do you remember with my previous post about company that i dream to be able to work there? yes, I really want to work at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Therefore, I want to tell you about 5 job descriptions in PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.

1.   Project Manager
With the main task as follows :
·        As the project leader
·        Supervise and monitor the project implementation process until to completion
·        Reporting internal progress to Medan III Construction Division office, in each month as progress report on project work
·        Submit the Termyn project as a payment for progress on the project
·        Know and approve payment on the project.

2.   HSE ( Healthy, Safety, Envo )
The main task of HSE is :
·        Coordinate the availability, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in the project environment.
·        Coordinate performance reports of the implementation of the project's quality management system as material for the implementation of review management in the division
·        Coordinate inspection activities from the test of its working environment
·        Coordinate the activities of acceptance, recording, storage, retrieval and distribution of documents of quality management system
·        Coordinate the smooth spread and control of documents at the project level

3.   Project Engineering Manager
The main task of Project Engineering Manager is :
·        Coordinate all activities related to the administration of internal / external techniques
·        Coordinate all activities related to internal / external reports
·        Coordinate all activities related to time planning
·        Coordinate the making of procurement activities
·        Coordinate to making Statement Method to owner for each job

4.   Cost Control
With the main task as follows :
·        Responsible for all project expenditures and ensure all expenditures are controlled according to the established budget and procedures
·        Coordinate work activities, among others :
Ø  Examination of proposed expenditure plans including commitment and budget expenditure
Ø  Verify expenditure realization
Ø  The cost or realization report of SDBP (Standar Biaya Proyek)
Ø  Project evaluation report
Ø  Expenditure on procurement and use of material tools
·        Looking for information on the development of the price of work and procurement in the market or similar companies as a basis for evaluation or control

5.   Logistics
The main task of Logistics is :
·        Receive the arrival of goods, tools, building materials when the goods come in the project, in accordance with the volume of goods
·        Remove goods, tools, building materials when goods, tools and building materials are removed in the project warehouse
·        Record goods, equipment or building materials when the item is received in the project
·        Create a warehouse card as a reference to know the remaining materials in the field

·        Reporting every month to the office of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk which is poured in the form of report of the remaining materials in the project
